An introduction to coding for children. This board teaches the basics of computer programming. It includes an Intro to Unplugged Coding book that goes through a step-by-step approach for beginner coders teaching them important skills that are used in computer programming. Also included are the coding board, wooden "instruction" tiles, and a peg person to “run” your code. This is a great tool to teach important computer programming skills while working on fine motor skills and avoiding screens.
Created by a University of Waterloo Mathematics and Computer Science graduate with experience teaching programming to students ranging from Kindergarten to University.
The board has the grid cut down into the wood so the tiles can be set into each space. This keeps the tiles from sliding while playing. The sturdy one-piece construction means that this product will last.

Board is approximately 16” by 11.25". Tiles are approximately 1.5" by 1.5", peg person is 7/8" in diameter and 2 3/8" tall.
